Nature-loving children at a village school have put the finishing touches to their sensory garden.Youngsters from Tonmawr primary helped design the special new garden and will now be able to take some of their classes outdoors.

Communities First in Pelenna helped to get the initiative underway, with environment charity Groundwork.

Communities First co-ordinator Martin Ellis said: "They had a ball the day it was opened, and Iolo Williams, who came along, was fantastic with them."
